If your item arrives damaged:
Lost packages will be handled through the shipping carrier and insurance process.

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the item is handed to the shipping carrier. Japenny’s is not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing, or delivery issues beyond our control.

When you are returning items, you should consider using a trackable/traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
