Subject to these terms, we offer refunds if purchases of goods were lost or damaged by shipping services. "Buyer" customer will have to pay return shipping to return item(s). Our returns period lasts for 3 days after you receive any item. If 3 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible to return an item for a refund, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. In resealable condition and not final sale to complete your return. We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
A restocking fee of 15% will be charged on all eligible but not final sale items. To qualify for return or refund, your item(s) must meet the following criteria: they must be unused, in the same condition as when you received them, in their original packaging, in resealable conditions, and not marked as final sale.
SALE ITEMS, CANNOT BE REFUNDED, THEY ARE ALSO MARKED NOT RETURNABLE OR FINAL SALE.
When you are returning items, you should consider using a trackable/traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, other than for a faulty item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
These terms are liable to change any time at the owner discretion.
